Carmen Electra in May of 2010 arriving for her 38th Birthday Party hosted by Hpnotiq Liqueur at Wet Republic’s “Daylife Sundays” in Las Vegas. She looked great in this long black and white patterned dress. Her long blonde hair had a lot of chunky highlights throughout.
