Beyonce Knowles in March of 2010 at the Beyonce Cosmetology Center in Brooklyn. She looked pretty in this single shoulder white dress. We love her big curly hair. It is dark underneath with a lot of blonde on top. This is a great chunky highlights hairstyle.
