Ciara in January of 2009 arriving at the “Notorious” New York City premiere. She looks good in black wearing big gold hoop earrings. Her long black hair looked super cute pulled back into a ponytail. She wore her bangs long and had a lot of chunky blonde highlights throughout. This is a great long hairstyle on her.
